Many of you are coaching for the first time and some of you do not have a clue what you are doing coaching soccer (maybe baseball or basketball, but soccer?) We need parents to step up and take this opportunity to influence other families as well as contribute back to their community. If you are reading this, you have probably already committed to this challenge. We want to help you succeed in your new journey. Below are some links from which you can begin gaining ideas. Do not feel that you have to begin doing all of these ideas. Keep it simple, watch other coaches and ask questions. Find what you need to work on that personally will improve your team. Smile

- Always try to have as many players involved with a ball at their feet as possible. Try to coach "in the flow" to minimize down time that will allow for distractions. Here’s a great rule: NO lines, NO laps, and NO lectures.
