
Omar Liendo was born in Cordoba, Argentina but later became a naturalized Bolivian when he moved to the country's capital, La Paz. Before coming to the US he trained with Senior Bolivian National Team and with Bolivian Professional Club - The Strongest. In 2003, he was recruited by Mercer University where he played 4 years and excelled in the A-Sun conference. He captained the team in his Junior and Senior years and was praised for his work ethic, technique, and mid-distance shot. He possesses the temperament, personality and experience to play under pressure. After earning his Bachelor's degree in Business in 2007, he stayed at Mercer University to pursue his MBA and also to pass on his soccer knowledge and experience to our kids at MSC.
